Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, meet the Chairman of the Board of East Gas Company, Ghodran bin Saeed Ghodran, and a number of the company’s employees.
During the meeting, His Highness stressed the need to work to enhance the concept of safety in dealing with natural gas, and to ensure that the company and other parties comply with safety instructions.
His Highness highlighted the importance of the partnership between the public and private sectors in achieving economic goals and economic diversification, pointing to the support and interest that the state gives to the industry sector, to be an effective contributor to achieving the Kingdom’s 2030 vision.
For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the East Gas Company, Ghadran bin Saeed Ghadran, explained that the company, thanks to God, and then with the support that the industrial sector enjoys from the wise leadership – may God support it – has succeeded during its ten years in reaching a daily distribution capacity of more than 30 million cubic feet, and with investments that reached 130 million riyals, and that the company is currently working in the business sector, and is studying the future expansion of the residential sector and individuals, according to developments in the market.
Ghadran affirmed the keenness of His Highness, the Governor of the Eastern Region, and his constant follow-up regarding adherence to safety instructions and guidelines for dealing with accidents and hazards.
