Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdullah bin Ahmed Zainal issued a decision appointing Ghodran bin Saeed Ghodran as a member of the Board of Directors of the Asharqia Chamber, succeeding the board member Khaled bin Hassan Al-Qahtani, who submitted his resignation from the membership of the Council.
The Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Rahman bin Rashid Al-Rashed, welcomed Ghadran’s joining the Chamber’s Council, expressing his confidence that his accession will be an addition to the development work that the Chamber performs and a catalyst for the young generation, which has become an important pillar in the decision-making of the Asharqia Chamber.
Ghodran Saeed Ghodran is one of the prominent businessmen in the Eastern Province and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Middle Estate University in the United States of America, and is currently the CEO of Saeed Ali Ghadran and Sons Group of Companies, which is one of the most prominent investment groups in the Kingdom in general and the Eastern region In particular, its activities vary between the sectors of industry, health, trade, agriculture and tourism, and he is a member of many boards of directors of investment and multi-activity companies, in addition to his membership in the tourism and sports investment committees in the Chamber in the current session.
Ghadran ran in the sixteenth session elections and won seventh place in the number of votes from the industrialists’ category, while the top six of the trade and industrialist categories won the membership of the Board of Directors at the time.
